About Namaste :- )

Namaste means   Indian and  Nepalese respectful greetings. Namaste Indian Restaurant is established in October 2001. The Restaurant is situated about 20km north of Greater Melbourne in the suburb of Bundoora. The main goal of the management  has been creation of a simple menu that incorporates mainly North Indian both Curry and tandoori and Nepalese Himalyan delicasies: aiming to cater for all ages and people in the society.

In the Journey of 9 years since establishment, the restaurant is upgraded to 50 seats dining capacity from 25 seats. The restuarant is fully licensed and BYO.

The restaurant is twice( 2002 & 2003) nominated for the best indian restaurant in City Of Whittlesea Awards in the category of restaurant and Cafes.

2008 State Finalist for "I LOVE FOOD" awards.

June 2008, Reviewed as the best Local indian restaurant by Mr. Dani Valent in "The Sunday AGE"
